Overview
The Neighborhood Developers purchased 615 Broadway located at the corner of Broadway and Gerrish Avenue in 2007. TND has built-out the second floor to house its offices, and repackaged the uninspired façade for a new modern look. In 2013, TND expanded the office to house its growing CONNECT program. Utile Inc. architects created an inviting look for the building, located at the gateway to the Box District neighborhood. The TND offices offer community meeting space, resident services, and public computers, along with housing property manager WinnResidential. Chelsea Public Schools and Family Dollar are also tenants.
