TND provides more than a welcoming home. Our Resident Services team is a door-knock or phone call away—get to know us and the services we offer!

Our Resident Services team helps everyone living in our buildings to stay in their homes even in difficult circumstances. We also provide access to the services and resources our residents want and need in order to achieve independence, self-sufficiency, personal satisfaction, and overall well being.

Our Resident Services team offers an array of supportive services and is dedicated to assisting you in maintaining your home. If you require support or guidance, please reach out to us, and together, we can create a plan tailored to your needs.

ECONOMIC GROWTH

We meet you where you are and provide support for making financial decisions and examining financial behaviors. Through our programs and community partners, we strive to support your upward journey on the economic ladder.

RESIDENT LEADERSHIP

We provide opportunities for you to be engaged internally and externally while living in TND homes. We provide a platform for you to build relationships within the place you call home and within the larger community.
