A few months before TND completes construction of a new apartment building, we market an open enrollment period for accepting rental applications. You can find out about open enrollments by signing up for TND’s newsletter, or by calling WinnResidential and asking to be added to their wait list.

Once the open enrollment period is closed, TND holds a lottery and posts the results on this website. Applicants are then screened in order of their lottery number. Those that are accepted as tenants are notified by WinnResidential.
